Our Muay Thai classes usually run for 60 to 90 minutes depending on the session. Most days lean closer to 90 minutes so you get plenty of technique, pad work, and conditioning during your training in Chiang Mai.
No experience is required. We welcome complete beginners, casual students, and fighters. If it is your first time training Muay Thai in Chiang Mai, we teach you the basics step by step and help you build confidence at your own pace.
No, sparring is completely optional. Beginners can join without any pressure to spar. If you want to try light sparring later on, our coaches will guide you safely and match you with partners at your level.
Yes, Rambong Muay Thai Gym has a small area with basic weight training equipment. It is not a full weight room, but it includes enough gear for light strength training and conditioning before or after your Muay Thai class.
We keep group classes small so every student gets proper attention from the coaches. Training at Rambong Muay Thai Gym is hands-on and focused, which helps both beginners and experienced fighters improve faster.
Just comfortable training clothes. We provide hand wraps, gloves, and shin pads here at the gym. If you plan to train Muay Thai long term in Chiang Mai, you can also bring or buy your own gear, but it is not required.
